DELIVERY AREA
At this time, Ribbons & Bows Cakes only delivers within the Melbourne Metro area. We're unable to ship or deliver outside this region, including regional Victoria, interstate, or internationally. If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, unfortunately we won't be able to fulfil your order — please [get in touch] if you're unsure whether your address is covered.

DELIVERY COST
A flat delivery fee of $15 AUD applies to all orders within our Melbourne Metro delivery area, regardless of order size.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed before 2:30pm AEST will be delivered by 4pm the next business day. Orders placed after 2:30pm AEST will be processed the following business day, with delivery by 4pm the business day after that. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by traffic, weather, or other events outside our control.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERIES
Given the nature of our products, please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us as soon as possible at sales@ribbonsandbowscakes.com.au so we can make it right.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including as our delivery area expands. Any changes will be posted on this page.
