Our classic bake house with our state of the art production equipment allows us to create handcrafted cakes and desserts at high volumes for a range of wholesale customers.

We have a long history of supplying the wholesale hospitality and food market including airline caterers, gourmet supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, entertainment venues, food service operators and catering groups in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane.

We work closely with some of our major customers to develop made to order and customised products to suit their particular business needs and customer base.

We place our customers first with personalised attention and provide the highest quality in every product that we make.

We want our customers (and your customers) to fall in love with our cakes and desserts. Our objective is to delight and excite as many customers as possible when they see and taste our gourmet treats.

We are also industry leaders in creating new and innovative cakes and desserts to meet our customers changing preferences and tastes. Our talented team of pastry chefs and bakers create new recipes and fine tune old favourites to ensure that we give our customers the very best of our amazing cakes and desserts. At Ribbons and Bows Cakes, we recognise the importance of healthy eating and balanced diets. We are on a continuous journey to enhance the nutritional value of our cakes and desserts, including offering a selection of flourless cakes and creating cakes from organic ingredients.

FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATION

At Ribbons and Bows Cakes, we place the utmost importance on our production processes and systems to produce the highest quality products.

As a producer and distributor of cakes and desserts, we apply food safety standards and principles to ensure the safety of our products.  We have implemented a food safety program using the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. We are fully HACCP certified, meaning that we have the highest level of accreditation for food safety and handling in the industry. The HACCP system requires an assessment of food hazards, the establishment of acceptable limits, the monitoring of processes, the maintenance of records and documentation, and the implementation, where necessary, of corrective actions.  Our HACCP program is subject to external independent verification.

We maintain a quality assurance program which involves regular audits and testing of our production processes and products to ensure that they meet the highest standards of food safety.

ORDERING

For wholesale customers, we accept orders via Ordermentum, email at sales@ribbonsandbowscakes.com.au or by phone on 03 9482 5888.

Wholesale orders must be placed no later than 2:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for next weekday delivery. We are closed on weekends and all public holidays. We deliver in the Melbourne metropolitan area Monday to Friday and deliver to some Victorian regional and coastal areas on selected days. Minimum order for free metro delivery is $120. Orders under the minimum amount will be subject to a $20 delivery fee. Our individual cakes, slices, tarts, baked treats and muffins are available in multiples of six units.

Products delivered include an invoice for you and a copy invoice for us.  Products delivered must be checked against your invoice and the copy invoice must be signed and returned to our courier upon acceptance of the products.  Any claims for damaged, incorrect products or products that you are not completely satisfied with are to be made within 24 hours of acceptance by contacting us so that we can arrange replacement products or a credit. Products must be returned within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a credit unless otherwise arranged with us.

Payments for orders are strictly in advance of delivery via credit card or direct debit, unless credit terms have been pre-approved by us. We don’t accept cheques or cash.

We are able to deliver pallets of frozen products to interstate locations in Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. Minimum pallet size orders are required for interstate delivery.
